BLV Engineering offers its clients a range of engineering services throughout Sydney which include metal fabrication, commercial welding and metal guillotining. We have a well equipped fabrication workshop, which allows us to cater to repetitive and specialised work. We pride ourselves on our outstanding engineering services and the manufacture of top quality products by our highly skilled team of tradespeople with fast turn around.

Fabrication

We have the equipment and highly skilled tradesman to provide precise products at competitive rates. Our folding machine can fold material up to 6mm thick and up to 3m long. Our notching machine notches material up to 6mm thick.

We can provide machining (both lathe and mill).

Guillotining

All of our machinery work is hands on so it is crucial we have a machine which enables us to cut metal fast and at low cost. Our guillotine can handle material widths of up to 2.4 metres and thickness ranging from 0.5mm up to 6mm.

We can guillotine the following materials:

• Mild steel up to 6mm thick
• Stainless steel up to 5mm thick
• Aluminium up to 6mm thick

Welding

Skilled tradesmen and attention to detail is what BLV prides itself on. We provide precise and accurate products at competitive rates. We have multiple welding bays suitable for small intricate fabrication, all the way through to large structural components.

Welding services provided:

• Mig welding - thin sheet metal up to structural
• Tig welding – aluminium and stainless steel
• Spot welding
